High altitude courses: a unique immersion experience to help you progress
Training at altitude isn't just about an exceptional setting like the mountains - it's also a rare opportunity to give your physical capacities an in-depth boost. At altitudes of over 1500 metres, the body produces more red blood cells, which improves the transport of oxygen in the blood. The result: when you return home, you'll be more performance, endurance and confidence.
As well as the physiological aspect, a course at altitude is also a special time to get to disconnect from everyday lifefocus on training, recovery and njoy an unforgettable experience alongside athletes from all over the world.
I'll help you organise your entire stay, from the flight to the pitch: booking your plane ticket, accommodation, catering, personalised training plan, arranging sparring partners, recovery massages, daily logistics and selecting the best sites for your sessions.
Two places are particularly close to my heart: Ifrane (1800 m) in Morocco and Iten (2400 m) in Kenya, mythical high altitudes for runners from all over the world.
To reap the full benefits of such a course, a minimum duration of 21 days on site is recommended. The fee is set made to measure, depending on the period, duration and package chosen, in partnership with a specialist tour operator.
